1. Listing Accuracy & Responsibility:
The Agent/Seller must ensure that all property details—including price, area, location, and images—are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. PlotIndia.in acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the lister.

2. Legal Ownership & Authority:
By listing a property, the Agent/Seller confirms and warrants that they possess the legal right, valid title, or Power of Attorney to sell or rent the property. Any legal disputes regarding ownership or authority shall be the sole responsibility of the lister.

3. Mandatory RERA Compliance:
In compliance with Indian Law, all commercial and residential agents must provide a valid RERA Registration Number where applicable. Listings without a required RERA number are subject to immediate suspension or removal.

4. Verification of Documents:
Sellers/Agents must be prepared to present original land deeds, tax receipts, mutation certificates, and other legal documents to potential buyers or to PlotIndia.in administration if requested for verification purposes.

5. Prohibited Content & Activities:
Uploading watermarked images from other websites, fake locations, duplicate listings, or properties under legal injunction is strictly prohibited. PlotIndia.in reserves the right to delete such content without prior notice.

6. Service Fees & Subscriptions:
All listing packages and membership fees are clearly mentioned on the website.
​Non-Refundability: Service fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
​Payment Failures: In case of a payment failure where the amount is deducted but the subscription is not active, please contact info@plotindia.in. We will resolve it within 3-5 working days after verification.
​Taxes: All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per government norms.

7. Indemnification:
The Agent/Seller agrees to indemnify and hold PlotIndia.in harmless from any legal claims, financial losses, or damages arising from fraudulent listings, breach of property laws, or violation of these terms.

8. Account Termination:
PlotIndia.in reserves the right to terminate or ban any Agent/Seller account found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or receiving multiple user complaints.
